Terms of Service
Payment
- Currency: USD (United States Dollar)
- Payment via PayPal invoice (Do NOT send payment until invoice is sent)
- Once payment is sent, it is taken as acknowledgement and consent of the Terms of Service
- Full payment before work can begin
- Base and Quoted price includes up to 3 revisions, high-quality PNG digital file, and Watermarked/Glazed JPEG digital file for sharing
- Final price quote may be different from starting prices depending on complexity, time for completion, whether there’s a deadline, etc.
- 30% of Base price fee for no visual character references
- Rush fee 20% up to 50% of Quoted Price
- Additional revisions cost $12/revision
- Additional revision(s) to be billed after the piece is finished and must be paid before the piece can be delivered

- Client cannot submit AI generated imagery as references, please utilize alternative methods such as; Hero Forge, Picrew, video game character creators, own drawings regardless of quality, etc.
- Client cannot edit the artwork without express written permission
- Client cannot claim ownership of the artwork
- Client cannot remove the signature nor watermark on the artworkImportant Notes
- I, the artist, retain copyright ownership over the artwork
- You retain ownership of your character(s) and concepts
- I reserve the right to deny a commission slot for any reason
- I will not draw NSFW artwork
- I retain the right to publish and display the artwork
- You may choose to remain anonymous when the piece is published
- If the commission must be kept secret for a period of time, I will gladly publish the artwork at a later date
- If the commission is a gift, you may need to submit basic proof that you know the recipient well enough. No private messages unless its the recipient giving consent.
- The artwork received is a digital good. NO PHYSICAL ART IS SHIPPED
- When sharing the artwork you must directly credit back to me, the artist
- If the client violates any part of the ToS after the commission, they are promptly blacklisted from future commissions
- If the client is highly uncooperative (either ghosting or refusing to answer questions), or abusive during the commission process, business can be terminated at any time with a full refund being issued and no artwork files are delivered. The client is then immediately blacklisted from future commissions
- The Terms of Service may be changed at any time. Current commissions are still under previous terms until the commissions are complete. New commissions will be subject to the new ToS.Communication and Delivery
- Initial inquires can be done via Direct/Private Messages or Email
- Business may be conducted via a Direct/Private Message platform of the client’s choice or Email. Bluesky users note that images cannot be sent via DMs as of now, alternative may be required.
- Watermarked WIPs will be provided for approval before moving onto the next step
- Clients may refer to the Public Commission Queue (Trello) to keep track of commission progress
- Final digital files (PNG and JPEG) delivered after final approval is given and final payment is sent (if any)
REFUND POLICY- No refunds for completed pieces
Once a piece is completed and fully approved it is no longer eligible for a refund. There can be no more revisions after the final check is done, the artwork is approved, and the piece is delivered. If a revision is required when I send the piece for the final check, let me know and I will fix the mistake! (Extra revision charge will apply if you have used up all three included revisions)- Partial refund depending on amount of work done
For example, if during the sketch phase you are unsatisfied with the concept after revisions, a partial refund of 50% of the quoted price may be rendered. More work done means a smaller percentage which is calculated by how much work has been done (40% during Base Color, 20% during Shading). However, the artwork is not allowed to be used in regards to having another artist or AI program "finish" it. Clients that get refunded three times in this manner are blacklisted from future commissions.- Full refund only issued if I, the artist, cannot complete the commission through no fault of the client OR if the client violates the ToS, is highly uncooperative, or abusive during the commission process. NO ARTWORK FILES ARE DELIVERED
Only in specific circumstances at my discretion. Clients that violate ToS and abuse the system are promptly blacklisted from future commissions.
Do not commission me and ask for a full refund mid or post-commission due to "sudden expenses." You will only be issued a partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. Completed and delivered pieces are non-refundable as stated above.If you attempt a PayPal chargeback before consulting with me for a quicker resolution, I will fight the chargeback. I will have proof of communications and you agreeing to these terms. Chargebacks on delivered artwork is unacceptable and will be appealed. You will immediately be blacklisted if you attempt a chargeback without consulting with me first to try and settle a fair resolution for the both of us.I expect open and honest communication so I can render the best service to my clients, and this includes being honest if I accidentally left out a detail. Please let me know and I will happily fix it! Revisions are most doable during the sketch and base color phases. I cannot read your mind so please be clear in your references and do not worry if I message you to clarify a detail. I am simply doing my job to ensure that I understood your reference(s) correctly.

My name is Finn and I am a digital artist pursuing a BA Visual Arts degree with a minor in Illustration in Puerto Rico.While my specialty is fantasy humanoid illustration, I am thrilled to expand my portfolio and experiment with furry art in a distinct and new style for myself.My furry art takes on a fun toony style while my fantasy humanoid art leans into painterly rendering combined with lineart.All of my artwork is 100% proudly human made. Generative AI has no place within my creative process and I stand firmly against its use in all forms, not just image generation.I have considered myself a part of the furry community since summer 2023. In that short time furry has become more than just a hobby, it has now become something meaningful.

A. I am open to drawing any furry species! Keep in mind that I may not be experienced in drawing all species.I am willing to draw original species, open or closed.I will also draw anthro or feral/quadruped characters.
